Sunday: Cévenoles road trip – 278 km
One of the smallest rides for this warm-up, but after having passed the Gorges de la Vis, we will gain height to cross two of the region’s must-see sites: Cirque de Navacelles and Mont Aigoual.
Lundi : Aux pieds du Mont Ventoux – 382 km
The longest stage for this second day, but not the most “demanding”, and it’s the price to pay to admire the lavender fields! To get there, an ancient city Arles, and 2 of the most beautiful villages in France Les Baux de Provence and Gordes. To finish, the vertiginous gorges of the Nesque.
Tuesday: From Espinouse to Grands Causses – 311 km
Change of setting for this 3rd day, heading west and the forests of Haut Languedoc, the lakes around La Salvetat sur Agout. Return by another beautiful village, St Guilhem le Desert.
Wednesday: The Camargue in all its forms – 186 km + a 4×4 safari
After a trip to Nîmes, we’ll have a break for this 4th day on the roads of Camargue in the morning: the Saintes Marie, Aigues Mortes … And to really relax, a 4×4 safari in the afternoon to discover the Camargue in an other way.
Thursday: Ardèche Tour – 335 km
A totally different landscape for this 5th day and towards the Ardèche via the famous city of Uzès. Then we will reach Vallon Pont D’Arc by the sumptuous gorges of the Ardèche. Return by the Cevennes.
Friday: Around the Causse Méjean – 323 km
The cherry on the cake for this last day: the corniche of the Cevennes, the paradise for bikers in the area! To finish in apotheosis by the Gorges du Tarn, St Enimie, the gorges of Jonte and Meyrueis.
